Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, has left Nigeria for Poland to attend the 24th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP24), under the United Nations’ Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
According to PULSE, this was disclosed by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, in a statement he published, Saturday, December 1.
He stated that the President would deliver a speech, highlighting Nigeria’s commitment to addressing climate change and implementing set goals in its National Determined Contributions.
He also said President Buhari would have an interactive session with Nigerians, who are living in Poland.
Meanwhile, TALKNOW gathered that the President is in the company of the Governor of Enugu, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi; Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello; and the Governor of Niger State, Abubakar Bello.
